Park Homes Okinawa Co., Ltd. is a trailer home manufacturer and dealer with its own factory in Tomigusuku City, Okinawa. We handle everything from manufacturing to transport, installation and maintenance, with branches on Miyakojima and Ishigaki Island as well as the main island of Okinawa.

It is a movable building on wheels used as a home or shop. When certain installation requirements are met, it is treated as a vehicle rather than a building. Trailer homes are used for houses, vacation homes, lodging, shops, offices, glamping and more.

If certain conditions are met, such as installing it so that it can be moved at any time, a building permit application may not be required. Conditions vary with the installation method and use, so please consult us before installation.

When it is not fixed to the land and is treated as a vehicle, it may be exempt from real estate acquisition tax and property tax. This depends on installation conditions and use, so please contact us for details.

If certain installation requirements are met, it can be installed in urbanization control areas, wilderness and miscellaneous land. Installing on farmland requires a farmland conversion notification, and installation takes place after that procedure is complete.

The unit price depends on the model and specifications. Reference prices for lodging use (excluding tax) are, for example, 7.0–7.2 million yen for the Moving 6m and 13.0–13.5 million yen for the Casa 11m. Every unit is built with a steel frame (H-beams and light-gauge steel), and hot-dip galvanized steel is standard for the base. All units come standard with window sashes rated S-4 or higher for wind pressure and W-5 for watertightness. Because they are not wooden, there is no worry about termites.

Designed for Okinawa's salt and typhoon conditions, our units are built for a 20-year service life (based on our own research).

Because it is classified as a vehicle without its own power (a towed vehicle), it is depreciated over 4 years using the declining-balance method, or 1 year if used. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances, so please check with your tax advisor.

Yes. We finish each unit at our factory, then ship it to the island and install it. We have branches on Miyakojima and Ishigaki and a track record of island installations. The estimated time from installation to use is provided individually based on local conditions.

They are used as homes and vacation homes, lodging and glamping, cafés and shops, offices and trucking business offices, event spaces, temporary housing after disasters, agricultural facilities and more.

Because it is treated as a vehicle, it can be moved to another site without demolition. Demand on the used market is also strong, making resale easy.
